You know when someone walks into a room and you can instantly feel their presence? Yeah, Shannon Harrison has that vibe about her. Shannon first graced Humble Haven with her presence when she came in to take one of our evening power classes. She instantly greeted everyone around her with a wide smile and, if you were lucky, a warm hug.
It was on her second visit that I got to chat with Shannon and learn a little more about her and by her third visit I felt like I have known her for years. Shannon took her first yoga class when she was 15 and began her journey as a teacher last winter, completing her 200 hour training with YogaWorks in February 2015. Shannon will be joining Humble Haven on Saturdays for Warm Vinyasa, 12pm-1pm. Come flow with her and keep reading to learn more about this fabulous woman.
