Molly first began her Yoga practice in 2010 while living in Pittsburgh, PA. After exploring many different classes, she fell in love with Power Yoga and has been a student ever since. Molly’s passion for yoga continued to grow as she experienced benefits beyond physical fitness. Her time on her mat helped to release stress and anxiety brought on by a corporate career and heavy travel schedule. In 2017, Molly earned her 200 hour teaching certification at a Power Yoga studio in Philadelphia. She moved to Richmond in 2018 and is excited to join the RVA Yoga Community. As a teacher, Molly aims to create space for students to explore the balance between effort and ease and to grow their practice in body and mind.
