Jane discovered yoga at the age of 14. She would attend a weekly class at the gym with her mom. This habit followed her into university where she discovered Bikram yoga for the first time in Charlottesville. The heat, the sweat, the breath—she was hooked. In 2014, Jane graduated from the University of Virginia and moved to DC where she discovered power vinyasa yoga. She completed her 200 hour RYT through Down Dog Yoga in 2017. Over the last 13 years, Jane’s practice has allowed her to experience yoga in Calgary, Victoria, Melbourne, NYC, DC, Charlottesville, Dallas, San Francisco, Boston, Houston, and Richmond.

Jane stepped into a teaching role for the first time in Richmond beginning in 2018. She’s a passionate, life-long student which influences her teaching. Inspired by many different styles, cities, studios, and instructors, you can always expect to be challenged and guided with a sense of curiosity and joy.
