Atma Randeep Singh was raised as a dancer and musician. He took an interest in spiritual study early on and for more than a decade has practiced various spiritual practices including yoga, meditation, contemplation and prayer. With an emphasis on spiritual awareness and finding higher consciousness, his practices led him to to the world of kundalini yoga and to become a teacher of that discipline.
