A weekend intensive with Allison Walton designed to help you deepen your personal practice and refine your approach to sequencing with creativity and intention.
During this weekend intensive, explore two signature vinyasa yoga sequences created by Allison that showcase how transitions, energetics and alignment principles can transform every asana, leaving your body and mind both challenged and refreshed. New postures will be introduced and thoroughly discussed, along with a breakdown of proper alignment and cueing techniques to help you expand your yoga vocabulary. You’ll also discover how the utilization of blocks and props can assist in deepening and further supporting specific postures. As you become familiar with the inner workings and methodology of sequencing, you will have the opportunity to then design and teach a unique sequence of your own to others based on the principles discussed and the utilization of your own inner body intelligence and creativity.
