This workshop, co-led by Marisa Atula and Suzi Rice, is a 2 hour journey into deeply restoring and releasing in mind and body. You will play the active role in your renewal through your own movement, breath, and journaling.

The workshop begins with a deeply relaxing hatha practice. This practice, called Hatha Raja, was created by Marisa Atula's teacher Yogrishi Vishvketu. Marisa has coined it as "Active Restorative" because it has benefits similar to a restorative practice but done actively through a steady, moving hatha practice. After the movement, Suzi will lead a guided meditation to continue to the release and create space. The practice concludes with reflective journaling to provide an opportunity to reflect on how you'd like to fill and nurture all the new, clear space.
