Join Candace and Ahmed for a workshop focused on finding strength through the support of others. The workshop will begin with an exploration of partner yoga techniques that will build trust and communications. You'll learn the fundamentals of Acro yoga with opportunities to practice basing, flying, spotting and few flows in the air. We will finish off the workshop with exploring Thai Massage techniques to relax the body and mind through massage techniques, acupressure points, and light yoga stretches. Grab a friend or significant other and join us. Come with some fun ideas and let’s have a funky good time.
