Join Tarole Harris for two 45-minute small group boot camp classes. Individuals will move through circuits to keep the body in motion and work all muscle groups. Humble Haven's foundation is in yoga so our training sessions are built on body weight movements while incorporating minimal weights and props to enhance results.
