Once the hard work wraps up - we'll get horizontal with a well-deserved yin practice and extended savasana. You won't want to miss this "work hard, rest hard” class with these two! Build Your Power - March 1

Join Margo Buchanon and Tarole Harris to learn how to grow and balance your Power Yoga practice using strength training and yoga build moves with weights. Heated between 85 and 90 degrees and practiced with music.

Kriya Party - March 8

Kriya can be translated in multiple ways but essentially means to dedicate oneself to the completion of an action. In many traditions, kriya is linked to cleansing - the body, mind, and/or energy. Marisa Atula and Rachel Knight’s Kriya Party is an exploration of physical movement, breathwork, and mediation with the intention to cleanse the physical body, the subtle energy, and the stagnation of winter. Expect some familiar techniques in an unexpected way. Class will be unheated and with music.
