Aidan moved to Richmond in 2021, after college, and took on a position as an ICU nurse at MCV while covid was raging. After being a 4 year athlete in college, she could tell something was missing from her daily life: movement. She stumbled upon Humble Haven and immediately fell in love with the yoga offered, mindfulness she gained, and the community gathered in this space. She went on to complete her 200 hour at Humble Haven in 2023 and took on a front desk role shortly thereafter to immerse herself even more in the community of Humble Haven. With plans to start CRNA school in 2024 at VCU, Aidan knows that having a space where she can move, take a deep breath, and relax her shoulders is something that she wants to prioritize as she finishes up her time as an ICU nurse and begins school.
