Waitlist + Class Cancellation Policy

Students on the waitlist will be automatically added to class as space becomes available. You will be added in the order you joined the waitlist; for example, if you are the first on the waitlist, you will be first to be added to class if/when a spot opens. You must have a valid pass to join a waitlist. The waitlist will stop adding students to class 30 minutes prior to class start time.

Students on the waitlist are welcome to come to the studio and wait in the lobby in case a space becomes available. If a registered student is late or a no-show at the start of class, their space will be offered to a student(s) physically present, in the order that they are listed on the waitlist.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel a group class reservation without penalty up until 2 hours before class start time. You may cancel via our online scheduling system which is accessible through our branded app or by logging in through our website. 

If you do not cancel 2 hours prior to class then: (i) if you have a membership or class package, you will lose a class credit and incur a $10.00 late fee; and (ii) if you are a drop-in client, then you will lose your single pass and will not incur a late fee. If you do not show up for class and do not cancel, you will incur a $15 no show fee.
