Class Cancellation & Waitlist Policies
Classes can be cancelled up until class start time. If class is not cancelled or you do not show for class, you will lose a class credit and incur a $10 late fee. Drop-in clients will lose their single pass (no additional late fee). There will be no late admittance into class.
Waitlisted Students: Students on the waitlist will be automatically added to class as space becomes available. You will be added in the order you joined the waitlist; for example, if you are the first on the waitlist, you will be first to be added to class if/when a spot opens. You must have a valid pass to join a waitlist. The waitlist will stop adding students to class 30 minutes prior to class start time.
