Class Cancellation & Waitlist Policies

Classes can be cancelled up until class start time. If class is not cancelled or you do not show for class, you will lose a class credit and incur a $10 late fee. Drop-in clients will lose their single pass, no additional late fee. There will be no late admittance into class.

Waitlisted Students: All students on the waitlist will receive an alert that a space has become available. The first person to respond will receive the spot and all other clients will receive another email stating the space has been filled. Should another spot become available, the process starts over.
