Hands on Assisting

Join Marge Allen (E-RYT 500; YACEP) and Camille Heller (E-RYT 200, YACEP) of Humble Haven Yoga as we open up our current 200-hr YTT module on hands-on assists to fellow yoga teachers seeking continuing education on the subject. Whether you have been teaching yoga for years, completed your first 200-hr during the pandemic, or are dusting off your teaching hat after a hiatus - we would be honored for you to join us. This course will be a deep exploration of hands-on assists to learn and understand how to intentionally support your yoga students’ practice through physical touch. We’ll convene for a weekend module, held on Friday evening 10/28 and continue through Saturday 10/29. Marge and Camille firmly believe that touch is rooted in consent, and as teachers, we stand to support- rather than adjust- practitioners in creating stability, strength and freedom in their bodies.
