Community Resources
This community resource page is intended to share other local resources for holistic wellness services that we have personally utilized and would recommend. We define wellness as anything that supports individuals feeling well in their day-to-day lives which is why you will see organizations listed below that offer educational programming, health and massage services, or employment support. Our wellness journeys are unique so you may connect with one, many, or none of these resources.

Listen: Camille's Playlist
Here's a link to one of my faves - an easy listening playlist that was curated for a Power class but is also a lovely set list to have playing in the background during the workday. My playlists are inspired by music I hear in other teachers' classes (yes, sometimes I DO Shazam on my watch if the song is a total banger), new music that Spotify feeds me and my current mood. Oftentimes, I'll re-listen to a playlist and rotate some songs out, but this one's been a mainstay over the past few months. Enjoy!

Podcast: Telepathy Tapes
This podcast shares stories, interviews, and long standing research from doctors and scientists on the telepathic abilities of individuals on the Autism spectrum and their telepathic and spiritual gifts. Given that Yoga is a spiritual practice that gives us an access point to feeling and knowing our interconnectedness, much of the science shared in this podcast parallels Yogic teachings. As a parent to a child who uses an assisted speaking device and a student and teacher of yoga, this podcast moved me to my core and often left me covered in goosebumps or in heartfelt tears. If you are interested in spirituality in any way, I recommend giving it a listen.
