ABOUT CAMILLE
Camille is a recent NYC transplant, having moved to RVA in December of 2017. In a quest to trade in a decade of the “grind” for a life of balance, Camille and her husband Jon, packed up their daughter Grace and French Bulldog Lulu and headed south. Yoga has been an integral part of Camille’s life since 2007, after discovering her love of power yoga at Bryan Kest’s studios in Santa Monica. In New York, she found her yoga home at Lyons Den Power Yoga, having practiced with founder Bethany Lyons for several years before she opened the studio. Camille completed her Baptiste Level One training with Baron Baptiste, Level Two and Art of Assisting with Paige Elenson, and Advanced Art of Assisting with Suzie Newcome. She is currently working towards her Tier One Baptiste Certification.
Camille’s goal as a teacher is to help students create a balance of effort and ease, in both their bodies and minds, through the practice of moving past their comfort zones into what is truly possible.
