Class Styles

Power Vinyasa

A vinyasa practice marrying tension and release for both body and mind. This class will encourage practitioners to experience their own personal edge, physically and mentally to attune to the present. While still matching breath with movement, the Power Vinyasa practice encourages longer holds to slowly open the body posture by posture. 

Yoga Build

Combining hot power yoga and movement principles from our circuit bootcamp offering.  Yoga postures and breath are used to warm up and cool down the body while we utilize bodyweight and free weights for additional resistance in between to build strength. This class is set to upbeat music for a fun, fast paced, workout ending in total body zen.

Circuit Boot Camp

Individuals will move through circuits to keep the body in motion and work all muscle groups. Humble Haven's foundation is in yoga so our training sessions are built on body weight movements while incorporating minimal weights and props to enhance results. *Supportive athletic shoes are necessary.*

 

Hamstrings + Hips + Spines

A Hatha yoga practice focusing on creating space in hamstrings, hips, and spines through way of opening back, side, and front body.  Class will begin with a series of sun salutations to gently warm the body and progress to deeper holds in the postures to allow the body to slowly open.

Kundalini

Kundalini yoga is a fast and effective way to clear the mind, energize the body, and uplift the spirit. Kundalini yoga classes are a dynamic blend of postures (asana), breathing (pranayam), chanting (mantra), mudra (hand position), and meditation to promote awareness, health, and balance.

Prenatal

For the expecting person and those desiring to welcome children into their family. These unique classes combine principles of our other offerings - Power Vinyasa, Kundalini, and Hamstrings, Hips, and Spines - to build strength, relax, and most importantly, connect. Within this class, you will find a safe, supportive community to share in this experience.

 

Guided Meditation

Take a moment to quiet the mind, calm the nervous system, and hit the refresh button. Each class will be themed and guided using varying tools and techniques of concentration. Come as you are (no experience needed).
