Ready to reset your routine, feel stronger, and reconnect with your body? Join our 30-Day Yoga Challenge and commit to yourself for one powerful month of movement, consistency, and growth.


Whether you’re looking to build strength, improve flexibility, reduce stress, or simply show up for yourself more often—this challenge is designed to help you create lasting habits and feel your best.

How It Works
Complete 30 classes in 30 days between March 1st - 30th
You may take up to 2 classes per day (max 2 will count toward your total)
Classes can be any regularly scheduled, in-person class
In the studio, we’ll have a challenge progress chart where you’ll write your name and add a sticker after each class to track your progress all month long

Prizes & Rewards
First Place Finisher Prize:

$75 studio account credit to the first participant to complete all 30 classes!

Everyone who completes the full 30 days will:
Be entered into a raffle to win a FREE YEAR of yoga (annual membership) and receive an HHY water bottle!
