How We Roll is an invitation to innovate, support and challenge your practice!

In this 2-hour workshop, Isa will incorporate the use of Pilates balls for a deeper engagement of the muscles while we flow, and the use of therapy massage balls for a more intentional and deeper muscle release while stretching.

The evening will wrap with a guided relaxation and savasana, giving the body time and space to absorb and integrate all the benefits of the practice.
