Warrior Training Pop-Up
This June we’re introducing a special Warrior Training Pop-Up class series with guest teacher Alex Maxwell, joining us from Berlin.
This challenging, ultra-low-impact, asana-based exercise system is designed to help you build strength, stamina, and mental fortitude. Come for the long holds, stay for the conversation that unfolds between the mind and body in the moments of intensity interspersed with deep relaxation. Good to know: the name “Warrior” in Warrior Training isn’t about combat or confrontation; instead, it honors the foundational Warrior Lunge posture that inspired the system. While not the sole focus of the entire class, the Warrior Lunge is a key part of the session; be prepared to hold it, and squeeze!

Space is limited to 20 people per class to maintain the focused structure and intensity.
Please note: this class will be practiced facing the mirror.
Hot yoga found Alex in 2022 and hasn’t let go since. She trained directly with Warrior Training founder Scott Erickson and brings a grounded, challenging, encouraging approach to every class.
