Embodying Philosophy: A Study of the Yoga Sutras.

Embodying Philosophy: A Study of the Yoga Sutras.

Join us for Embodying Philosophy, a four-session study of the Yoga Sutras, designed for anyone curious about how to live yoga beyond the mat. Rooted in the philosophy that self-justice is the foundation of yoga, this study explores the sutras as a guide to living with integrity, balance, and purpose. Patanjali, believed to be an incarnation of the cosmic serpent Ananta, descended to Earth to restore humanity's connection to yoga and guide us to liberation and inner harmony.

Each session offers structured teachings on key sutras, making them accessible and relevant to modern life. This offering is open to all levels. Please bring a copy of the Yoga Sutras (recommended versions below), a pen, and a willingness to engage. There will be no physical asana practice, and a physical copy of the book is not included. This series will meet virtually.
