Power Conditioning

Join us Friday, March 13th from 6:45 - 7:45 PM

In this 60 minute offering, Rachel will lead you through the Journey Into Power sequence and incorporate bodyweight exercises and cardio to condition and build strength in the body.

No weights will be used in this offering. Room will be heated to our warm setting at 85 degrees.
